Bo watches T.V. but also reads a book

Bo is getting better about doing more than crying and eating. He spends some time each day playing with his toys, sitting in his Bumbo watching T.V., and well right now that's about all. He has turned into such a good sleeper and has slept for 8 hours the last couple of nights, although he won't go to bed until about midnight. We are working on getting him to bed earlier. I'd much rather him go to bed a little earlier and me wake up earlier in the morning. Oh well, you take what you can get I guess.

Bo was also enthralled with the book I read to him. He loved the colors! I peaked the camera over the book so I could get his expression.

Summer Fun

Bo and I have been having a great time this summer. I personally have a great time picking out his clothes every day and Bo has a good time taking rides in the car and playing with his toys

I'm happy and tired at the same time.

One Month Old!

I can't believe Bo is one month old already! We went to the doctor on Wednesday and Bo now weighs 8lbs. 10oz.! Two week before, we went to the doctor and he weighed 7lbs. 5oz. He's definitely a growing boy! He also has been sleeping pretty good (knock on wood). Last night he slept from 11 to 6. I'll take that!  He has also been awake more during the day and has been "playing" with his toys for 15 mins. at a time.

Bo's first bath and dedication

Bo's umbilical cord stump fell off last week - I was so excited! That thing was gross! I ordered a foam "tub" for the sink so that Bo was a little more stable and to make me feel safer :) I ordered it from diapers.com and with just regular shipping it came the very next day! I was impressed!

Bo LOVED his first bath. He didn't like getting out though. 

After Bo's bath we went to church. Bo and his cousin Henry were dedicated and us parents promised to raise the boys in church and to know God.

Introducing Bo David Bass!

Bo arrived Saturday at 12:01pm weighing 6lbs. 10oz. and 20 inches long. I was EXTREMELY lucky and from very first contraction to birth was 9 hours. We were only at the hospital for 6 hours which is good, but was rather scary to go that fast.
All in all I was blessed with a fast and problem free delivery. Enough about that, let's see some pictures!

34 Weeks

38 Weeks - belly has dropped. It looks so funny!

Here are some final pictures of the finished nursery. The only thing missing is the beautiful quilt my mom made. She is currently putting a special 'made by Grandma' tag on it.
